Pursuant to order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has confirmed that the parties have voluntarily arrived at settlement as per the Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms) filed on record.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement. The Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms) shall form Narwade

Amount of Rs.64,10,041/- deposited by the appellant with this Court be transferred to the account of the respondent, details of which are recorded in paragraph 4 of the Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms).

The undertaking furnished by the respondent while withdrawing amount of Rs.25,00,000/- pursuant to order dated 24.10.2024 is discharged.
