By the present Civil Application, restoration of Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.7507/2021 is sought.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application. It can be seen that the registration of the Misc. Civil Application was refused in the wake of non removal of office objections for which two weeks' time was granted.

The learned counsel states that the lapse was unintentional and the reasons are given in paragraphs 4 to 6 in the application justifying restoration of the Misc. Civil Application by condoning delay of 87 days in filing this application.

I am inclined to grant this Civil Application subject to the

*2* 904ca980o22 learned counsel for the applicant himself depositing the costs of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) with the Bar Library of this Court, within one week from today.

The receipt of depositing the costs shall be brought to the notice of the learned Registrar (Judicial), who shall then restore the Misc. Civil Application to it's file.
