Considering the order passed by this Court on 07.01.2023 in Writ Petition No.7026/2020 filed by Nilesh Bhagwan Rathod vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw these petitions so as to approach the Joint Director of Sports at Pune.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn.

Needless to state, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the Joint Director of Sports, Pune. If an application for interim relief is filed, the said authority would be duty bound to consider the same within 15 days.
