The petitioners claim that they have been granted a share in the joint family property and the decree has been awaiting execution with the respondents/Revenue Officials in the light of Section 54 of the Civil Procedure Code. Though the map has been prepared, actual possession has not been delivered.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent Nos.2 to 5 that, if there is no any legal impediment, to deliver actual possession in accordance with the decree to the respective sharers, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks.
