In view of the order passed by the Supreme Court in SLP No.26555 to 26560 of 1995, it would be open for the petitioners to make a grievance in respect of rehabilitation as well allotment of the houses to the Commissioner of the Division. If the petitioners tender a representation to the Commissioner within a period of six weeks from today, the Commissioner shall issue appropriate directions in the facts and circumstances of this case and take steps for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. The Commissioner shall extend an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners before taking any decision.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
