The petitioner's proposal for validation of his tribe certificate has been pending with the respondent No.2/ scrutiny committee and he is seeking a writ of mandamus to decide it expeditiously.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that respondent No.2/scrutiny committee would need a time of six months for deciding the claim of the petitioner.
