The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06/08/1996 passed by the Collector thereby rejecting the reference u/s 18 of the Land Acquisition Act on the ground of limitation. 2.

Learned AGP submits that Section 18(3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 would enable the petitioner to file a revision petition before this Court under section 115 of the CPC. 3.

Upon perusing Section 18 and especially the remedy available to the petitioner under s/s 3, this petition is disposed of as the petitioner desires to prefer a revision before this Court u/s 115 of the CPC. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 05/01/2015 till the passing of this order is a matter of record. IT is made clear that this Court has not dealt with the merits of the matter.
