The petitioner is seeking direction against respondent no.3 to initiate appropriate proceedings against respondent nos.5 to 8 in accordance with the enquiry report. Respondent nos.3 and 4 filed an

17-wp.1887-08 affidavit in the year 2008 that pursuant to the enquiry report of the B.D.O., Sengaon, dated 27.11.2007, departmental enquiry is proposed against the concerned employees i.e. J.G.Tare, S.K.Rathod, R.B.Ghuge. It is stated in the affidavit that they are suspended. It is further stated that enquiry is in progress against one Kale and notice of recovery is issued against one Balaji More.

As none appeared for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
