The record reveals that none appeared for the parties on 11/05/2017, 30/11/2017 and 04/06/2018. Even today, none appears for the petitioners. Court notice has been served on the petitioners after the earlier lawyer appearing for the petitioner had passed away. Shri S.H. Joshi, Advocate has subsequently caused his appearance for the petitioner. 2.

Learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and 8, who are the landlords, submits that the petitioner-tenant has already put the landlord in peaceful possession of the suit property. The Tabe Pawati has also been executed, copy of which is placed on record. The said copy is marked as Exhibit

Taking into account the statement made by the learned advocate for the landlords, this petition is disposed of. 4.
