The petitioner has a statutory remedy of approaching the Additional Divisional Commissioner against the impugned order dated 22nd November, 2022 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Jalgaon. 2.

We called upon Shri Maheshkumar S. Sonawane, the learned advocate on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, to appear on behalf of the sole respondent in this matter. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner sought a pass over and after taking instructions, submits that the petitioner would withdraw this petition and approach the statutory authority, with a request to this Court that the authority may be directed to decide the proceedings within a time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the petitioner avails of the statutory remedy, within a period of 30 days from today, we expect the concerned authority to decide the said proceedings without undue delay.
