The petitioner's proposal for validation of his tribe certificate is pending with the respondent No.2/ scrutiny committee. He stated that in the last year he lost the opportunity to seek admission to the MH-CET 2024.

It is also being pointed out that the petitioner's father and real cousin possess certificate of validity and cousin Mayuri Pandit

96.25wp (2) Dhone has been granted validity by the order of this Court by an order dated 19/07/2019 in Writ Petition No.5820/2019. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that committee would decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible. 4.
