( 2 ) 910-FA 355 of 2000 ORAL JUDGMENT:- 1) For the reasons set-out in the Judgment and order dated 8.2.2018 in First Appeal No.350 of 2000, which is a connected matter, this appeal is also partly allowed and the compensation is determined @ Rs.20,000/- per Hectare. Appellants will be entitled to statutory benefits and interest on the enhanced compensation amount. 2) There shall be no order as to costs.

3) The respondent is directed to compute the compensation as stated above and thereafter, deposit the compensation amount in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.
