The purpose of this petition is almost over. Mr C. K. Shinde, learned Counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 stated that the petitioner is no longer working as Part-time Sweeper but, he is now an employee of Contractor, who is engaged for cleaning service. In addition to this, it must also be noted that by way of interim relief, the respondents were directed to pay Rs. 450/- per month to the petitioner. This order has been implemented and change took place as mentioned above during the pendency of the petition. We are told that petitioner receives more than Rs. 6,000/- per month as his wages from his current employer - Contractor.
