Mr. Kale, the learned AGP on instructions from Mr. Kiran Vasant Jadhav states that the contemnor has already complied with the order dated 21.11.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.11107 of 2016 and tenders a copy of the order dated 25.10.2021 furnished to the learned AGP along with covering letter dated 16.03.2022.

Mr. Dhorde, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that respondent nos.2 to 4 have complied with the order passed by this Court and has granted relief as prayed by the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

In view of the order already been passed by respondent nos.2 to 4, we do not propose any action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the contemnors. The contempt petition is disposed off.
