ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire compensation amount alongwith interest accrued thereon as deposited by the respondent Acquiring Body. This Court, vide order dated 20.01.2023, in other similar matters, has already permitted withdrawal of 75% of the deposited amount to the applicants therein. In view of the same, the present applicant is also permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount alongwith proportionate interest i.e. 50% on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety / security before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis, till final disposal of the appeal. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
