Respondent No. 3 shall decide the petitioner's application for giving it Index Number so that thirteen students studying in 10th Standard in the Aashram School can fill in the examination forms for the examination to be held in the year 2017. This decision shall be taken in two weeks on merit and in accordance with law. If the proposal of the petitioner is accepted, then the examination forms may be accepted by respondent No. 2. 3.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
