We direct that the petitioner shall pay late fees on or before 31.1.2017 and upon payment of late fees, the petitioner's students shall be permitted to appear for the examinations to be held in the month of March, 2017. The petitioner's students studying in the 10th Std. are permitted to appear through other recognized schools as far as possible. The concerned Education Officer shall

WP 161/17 - 2 - grant permission to the petitioner's students accordingly within a period of three days. With these directions, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
