This application seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents - accused by the Sessions Court in Miscellaneous Criminal Bail Application No. 1056 of 2018, by order dated 5th January, 2019.

Upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and the learned advocate for the respondents, it transpires that charge sheet is already filed in the matter on 10th August, 2022 and the case is numbered as Sessions Case No. 211 of 2021. It is

{2} acb26-19 informed on instructions that the matter is kept before the Sessions Court on 15th November, 2022 for framing of the charge.

In that view of the matter I am not inclined to entertain the application on merits. The application is, therefore, dismissed.
