1) Heard. In spite of service, none appears for Respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

2) In this petition, the petitioner raises grievances for non-payment of arrears of salaries from May 2013 to 28th February, 2014.

3) By way of filing the aforesaid civil application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to Respondents to pay him provisional pension.

4) Upon perusal of the prayer clauses of the petition, it appears that though the petitioner has approached to Respondent Nos.2 to 6 by way of

representations applications, neither the petitioner's representations-applications are decided nor any decision is taken and communicated to the petitioner upon the said representations applications. In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent Nos.4 to 6 to consider the applications representations filed by the petitioner and after verifying the relevant record, prepare a proposal as regards arrears of salaries and pension/pensionary benefits, payable to the petitioner and submit the same to Respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.

5) Respondent No.2 shall ensure that the directions of this court are complied with by Respondent Nos.4 to 6 6) With these directions, the petition is disposed of. Civil Application disposed of.
