The alleged role attributed to the applicant is an assault to injured Wasim with iron rod. It appears that the deceased, applicant and other co-accused had enmity. Injured suffered simple injuries. The alleged iron rod has been recovered from the other co-accused. There are no antecedents. The charge sheet has been filed. The applicant is languishing behind bar since 21st June, 2022. The trial will take its own time. Therefore, the applicant deserves bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant Kannaiah @ Kanha Chandraiah Gonela be released on bail on executing P.B and S.B of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees fifty
