The GR dated 02.02.2023 enables the Petitioner to challenge the appointment of the Respondent No.5 dated 18.12.2023 as an Anganwadi Madatnis, within 30 days. The Petitioner is within limitation even before us. 2.

Considering the statutory remedy available, this petition is disposed off. The Petitioner would tender her complaint to the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Beed under Clause 6 (a) of the said GR since the limitation would end on 18.01.2024.
