Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submitted before us that the notice was issued for fresh decision and the petitioner participated in the proceedings. She also submitted the record for our perusal. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, in view of this fact, submits that the authority be directed to decide the appeal as early as possible.
