Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner which is limited one, we are of the opinion that the petition can safely be disposed of at the admission stage. 3.

The documents placed on record show that the petitioner was appointed on 14th June, 2011 in the respondent no. 4 school being run by respondent no.3 institute initially, as a probationary. The documents placed on record further show that the petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher in the Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 on 02nd July, 2018 and a proposal was submitted to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed on 05th September, 2018 by respondent No.4 Head Master. The necessary facts are stated in the proposal. The grievance is, in spite of repeated requests to the authority, there is no decision on the proposal till date. 4.

The aforesaid being the limited grievance, we dispose of the petition with directions to respondent No.2 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed to decide the proposal for grant of approval, dated 05th September, 2018, as expeditiously as possible and not latter than twelve weeks from the date of the order of this court.
