Mr. Barhate, counsel for petitioner had not appeared on 6th October 2020 when the matter was on board and before that it appears that matter had been adjourned at the instance of petitioner.

While the matter appeared in the morning session, no appearance had been caused on behalf of petitioner and the learned AGP purported to state that main grievance of the

wp104.19 petitioner has been taken care of and the salary for the months of October and November, 2018 has been informed to be paid to the petitioner. In the circumstances, in order to have appearance of Mr. Barhate, matter had been kept back.

When the matter is called out in second session, yet again no appearance has been caused on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Learned AGP once again refers to that main grievance of the petitioner for payment of salary for the months of October and November, 2018 has been taken care of and his instructions are that salary has been paid to the petitioner for the said period.

In the circumstances, with reference to the statement of learned AGP, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition. 6.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
