Learned counsel refers to an order passed by this court in writ petition no. 12840 of 2016 dated 26-09-2018, to which one of us is party, showing the stand as had been taken on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3. Learned counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3 draws attention to statements in affidavit-in-reply and states that, in this matter as well, only after following due procedure of acquisition of land, further steps would be taken.
