DATED : 18 th April, 2018 PER COURT:
( 2 ) .
Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that validation proceedings are invalidated only on the ground that the spelling of the tribe is wrongly spelt in the tribe certificates. 3.
Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.
The Committee shall issue the attested copies of the tribe certificates submitted by the petitioners within one week. On receipt of the tribe certificates, the petitioners shall submit the same to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer, after verifying its record about the issuance of the tribe certificates shall issue the corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners within one week. The petitioners shall submit the corrected tribe certificates to the Committee within one week. On receipt of the corrected tribe certificates, the Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceedings within six
(06) months. The Institutions can take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that will be delivered by the Committee. 5.
We have only considered the claim of the petitioners to the extent of
( 3 ) issuance of corrected caste certificates. The petitioners may file reply to the show cause notice issued to the petitioners. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
