In view of the decision rendered in Writ Petition (St.) No.26/2021 on reference to the Full Bench, instant writ petition is disposed of. Furthermore, the Gram Panchayat elections are almost over and in most of the Gram Panchayats, as per the election schedule, the process is now culminated into pronouncement of the result. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail an alternate remedy, if so available in law to raise the points involved in this petition.
