The Petitioner submits that after the filing of this petition on 12.11.1997, the Respondent/ Management had intimated the Petitioner by communication dated 08.10.2005 that he was regularized in service as a lecturer in the Department of Physics from 08.10.2005. It is further submitted that the Petitioner since then has been working in the said Department.

The communication dated 08.10.2005 by the President of the Trust to the Petitioner and the communication from the Petitioner to the learned Advocate dated 07.12.2005, are taken on record and collectively marked as Exhibit X for identification.

In the light of Exhibit X, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
