We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had filed Revision against the order dismissing the appeal and the review petition which was filed against the order of the disciplinary authority. The said Revision is filed in the year 2013 and is not yet decided. The learned A.G.P. states that if the

wp249.17 same is pending with respondent no.2, respondent no.2 would decide same in accordance with law. In view of that, we pass following order.

In case the Revision is filed by the petitioner and if same is pending with respondent no.2, respondent no.2 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.
