We have perused the impugned orders (page Nos.49 to

55) dated 16th September, 2022, 22nd November, 2022, 11th March, 2022 and 18th October, 2022 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, wherein the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare has only informed the Headmaster of the school to produce certain documents and remove certain deficiencies and resubmit the proposal, complete in all respects, for consideration.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the management supports the petitioners and they would remove these deficiencies and resubmit the proposal with relevant documents.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the management comply with the letter dated 16th September, 2022 and place on record relevant documents and remove all deficiencies, on or before 28th February, 2023. After such proposal, complete in all respects, is tendered by the concerned employer of these petitioners, the concerned Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Department, would consider the said proposal and decide the same on merits, by following the due procedure laid down in law and in the light of the Policies and Rules applicable, on or before, 31st May, 2023.
