The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the list is under process of the candidates from horizontal reservation.

As the list of the candidates seeking benefit of horizontal reservation is not yet finalised, at present, the petitions would be pre-mature.

In case, after preparation of the final list of the candidates from horizontal reservation the claims of the petitioners are not considered, then the petitioners may agitate in respect of the same afresh. In that event, all contentions are kept open.

Naturally, if the petitioners applied from horizontal reservation, the claims of the petitioners would be considered at the time of preparing the list of the candidates from horizontal reservation.

5.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
