Learned counsel for the respondents tenders a copy of the order dated 20.11.1999, issued by the petitioner and submits that the impugned judgment dated 29.4.1999 has been implemented, the respondent has been given all the benefits and he has subsequently superannuated. Copy of the order passed by the petitioner dated 20.11.1999 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Considering the above and the fact that this Court has declined interim relief to the petitioner while admitting the petition on 10.9.2001, this petition is disposed off in the light of Exhibit "X". 3.

Rule is discharged.
