Heard Mr. Yogeshwar Bidve, learned Advocate for the Petitioner. He submits that the earlier Advocate for the Petitioner has been appointed as the APP and, therefore, he will be appearing for the Petitioner. The appearance of Advocate Mr. Santosh Baburao Bhosale is discharged. The learned APP tenders across the bar the reply Affidavit of Respondent No.5, which is taken on record. The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner was called in the office of Respondent No.5 for the purposes of disbursement of compensation amount. However, since the Petitioner did not appear before the office of Respondent No.5, refund of amount is not disbursed. We have gone through the Tauseef
