On 15.6.2015, this Court has passed the following order : "The petitioners are not selected for the post of Assistant Junior Motor Mechanic for O.B.C. And Open non apprentice category. The merit list closed at 52 marks. As far as the petitioner No.2 is concerned, he was from open non apprentice category and secured 61 marks. His name was included against the seat allocated to open female for motor mechanic for want of availability of candidate. As per revised list, the petitioner lost his position in view of the preference given to the candidate from other trade. The petitioner No.3 secured 48 marks from O.B.C. Non
apprentice category. But said category closed at 52 marks. According to respondents, as such petitioners are not entitled for selection.

As none appears for petitioners stand over to 22.6.2015 as a last chance. No further adjournment would be granted." 3.
