The Applicant in this application submits that Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition is wrongly stated to be the Education Officer (Primary). It should actually be the Education Officer (Secondary). Even before the lower authorities, the Education Officer (Secondary) was a party.

The learned Advocates for the Respondents do not oppose. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to amend the cause title of the

*2* 912.ca.87.16 petition by bringing the Education Officer (Secondary) on record as Respondent No.3 in place of the Education Officer (Primary). Correction be carried out forthwith.

Since the said correction has been permitted by this order, the judgment of this Court dated 09.12.2015 delivered in Writ Petition No.6804/2015 be corrected accordingly. A corrected copy of the judgment be issued to the parties.
