In view of the same, clause no. 2 of the order dated 23-11-2015 to the extent it denotes dismissal of writ petition without further reference to the court, for want of removal of office objections, stands recalled on the condition of removal of office objections within a period of eight weeks from today.

In case of non removal of office objections within stipulated period , order dated 23-11-2015, indicating dismissal of writ petition without further reference to the court would stand revived. 4.

Stand over to 10-06-2016. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
