Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent-State.

The report was lodged against the unknown person. The applicant was arrested. However, the witnesses did not identify him in test identification parade. Nothing is to be recovered from him. In the circumstances, he deserves bail.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant Avinash Dastagir Chavan, be released on bail, on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/-, with one solvent surety in the like amount, in C.R. No. 125 of 2022 registered with Khultabad Police Station Tq. Khultabad, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian
