The petitioners who have purchased the plot No.60 from survey No.302, Shivram Nagar, Parbhani are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of their repeated request their names are not being recorded in the City Survey record.

It appears that petitioner No.1 had earlier submitted an application in the year 2012 (Exhibit-C) under Section 149 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and has again filed another application on 15.11.2022.
