PER COURT :- 1.

Shri Bajaj, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that due to paucity of funds, the management was not able to pay the entire amount to the petitioner. He further submits that an account payee cheque of the local branch of HDFC Bank, which is payable at par, dated 18.8.2016 is being offered to the learned Advocate for the petitioner. An amount of about Rs.8,000/- have been added to the payable amount of Rs.1,37,000/- by way of interest and it would show the bonafides of the respondents.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner has accepted the said cheque in the Court on instructions from the petitioner, present in the Court. He further submits on instructions that the petitioner is satisfied and this petition can be disposed off as the order has been complied with. 3.
