Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The submission is that the applicant is in his advanced age i.e. 66 years age and the prosecution launched against the applicant/petitioner resulted in a departmental action, namely, dismissal and the applicant/petitioner was subjected to further action which caused in prejudice to the petitioner/applicant. 3.

It is further submitted by Mr. Irale Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant that the prosecution launched against the applicant/petitioner resulted in acquittal. The appeal preferred against acquittal also resulted in dismissal.

In view of these facts the applicant has every hope of success in the matter. The petition is admitted by this Court under order dated 15.03.2018. Rule is

( 2 ) ca554.19 granted and the Division Bench was pleased to further expedite the rule. On this grounds the counsel prays for early hearing of the petition. The counsel was just in praying for early hearing. In view of the grounds raised in the application as such application is allowed. Post the petition for hearing disposal in the week commencing from 8th April, 2019.
