We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

For the obvious reason prayer clause 'B' would not be sustainable since the petitioner has been disqualified for failure to submit the caste validity certificate under Section 10-1A of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959.

As far as prayer clause 'C' is concerned the petitioner is seeking early decision of the caste claim.
