The petitioner is issued with tribe certificate but in an incorrect format. He has applied online for issuance of a certificate in correct form. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before respondent no. 2 on 20.01.2025, surrender his original tribe certificate in incorrect form before that authority. On submission of such original tribe certificate, respondent no. 2 shall verify its genuineness and if found to be genuine shall issue the petitioner with a tribe certificate in correct Form C within a week thereafter.
