The present petition has been filed for following relief:- "B.

By appropriate writ or direction in the like nature be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the revision application which is filed by the petitioner bank on 05/07/2023 with the office of the Hon'ble Minister of Cooperation of State of Maharashtra/Respondent no.1 at the earliest and in any case within a period of one months."

The petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 to decide the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner since it is pending from 05.07.2023 and learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that several representations were also given, as the petitioner is facing serious problems for carrying out day to day banking transactions. It would be then in the interest of justice that the Revision Application is decided at the earliest.
