The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. The same is not yet decided. The show cause notice is issued by the employer to submit the validity or else services of the petitioner would be terminated. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that the matter of the petitioner is ready and the same would be decided within a period of two (02) months from today. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.02.2022. The committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceeding within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. 5.

The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
