The petitioner submits that though he has set out prayer clauses A to J below paragraph 28, he would press for prayer clause E and only to the extent of seeking a decision on his representations dated 04.06.2018, 20.09.2021 and 08.10.2021 made to respondent No.3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
