Present petition has been filed with limited prayer to direct respondent No.2 to hear and decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner against Judgment and order dated 02.05.2017 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur. Learned AGP waives notice for both the respondents and, on instructions, submits that in view of the change in the policy/jurisdiction all such files would be placed before Commissioner of Industries, who would then allot the revision petition to the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies

WP_1170_2024 (Industrial Establishment).

In view of the said statements, we direct that respondent No.1 to place the file of the present petitioner before the Commissioner of Industries and within one week the Commissioner of Industries should allot the revision petition of the present petitioner for its decision on merits to appropriate authority having jurisdiction and immediately informed the same to the petitioner. The authority to whom the revision petition is then allotted, after adopting due procedure should hear and decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner on its merits within a period of four months thereafter.
