The application of the petitioner seeking police protection came to be rejected by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Omerga in R.C.S. No. 228/2019.

It is the case of the petitioner that, the petitioner has filed a suit against the respondents seeking permanent injunction. The Court has also granted temporary injunction against the defendant. It is stated in the application that, the respondent happens to be Ex-Army person. He is harassing the petitioner and her husband who is handicapped person. On one or two occasions, the respondent had even threatened the son of the petitioner. The application was therefore filed. The learned Trial

2 38-wp 2112-2025.odt Judge by way of impugned order considered that, earlier also such application was made and the same was rejected by order dated 26.10.2023. No such apprehension is shown. The only allegation is that the respondent is trying to take possession of the house property. No details are given and rejected the application. 4.

After hearing the learned advocate for sufficient long time, this Court does not find any perversity or illegality committed by the learned Trial Court.

Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
