Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B", which read thus :- "A.

Writ Petition may kindly be allowed.

The impugned show cause notice at Exh. `E' dated 29.1.2014/10.2.2014 issued by R-1 to the petitioner may kindly be quashed and set aside.

S.L.P. filed challenging this order was dismissed by the Apex Court on 29.06.2016. After dismissal of the S.L.P. the respondents have paid retiral benefits of the petitioner by order dated 5th October, 2017. In our view, therefore, the order passed by this Court is complied with.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is entitled for interest on delayed payment of retiral benefits. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the delayed payment of retiral benefits,

In view of compliance of order, contempt petition is disposed of.
