The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner from unaided to aided is pending since April 2019.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner ( page 23) from unaided to aided is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferable within a period of six months from today. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
