The Petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C) as under:- "(B) By an order of this Hon'ble Court, kindly direct the respondent authorities to complete the process of verification of the petitioners in relation to their medical credentials as early as possible within a stipulated time frame.

(C) By an order of this Hon'ble Court, kindly direct the respondent authorities to undertake medical examination of

(( 2 )) 928-WP-344-2024 the petitioners, if so required to eliminate the factum of any doubt, thereby enabling the petitioners to get through the process of selection by following due process of law." 2.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India submits on instructions that within 120 days, the scrutiny of the documents and verification of the credentials/antecedents of the Petitioners would be carried out and a further decision would be taken.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that they are satisfied.

In view of the above statement, this Petition is disposed off.
